College Partnership Program 2026

We don't make employees.
We make entrepreneurs.

OriginAI Labs runs an 8-week, evidence-graded AI engineering program on your campus. Students build real autonomous AI products, attack and defend their own systems, and leave with a public portfolio that speaks louder than a marksheet.

Why now

The gap is the opportunity

AI is hiring faster than campuses can supply. We turn that shortage into your students' head start.

42.6%

of Indian graduates meet employer expectations today. The gap is the opportunity.

300%+

growth in AI agent job postings in India between January 2025 and March 2026.

14Lakh

projected shortage of AI professionals in India. We start building them on your campus.

The 8-week build journey

Every week ends with something that works

Four phases, eight weeks, one shipped product. Free to start: the opening Launchpad hours and the entrance assessment are open to every student, with no paywall.

Weeks 1 & 2
Engineering foundations

Python, Git, APIs, databases, and how large language models actually work. First deployed service by the end of week two.

First live service
Weeks 3 & 4
Grounded AI, evaluation, first agent

Retrieval over real documents and scanned pages, test harnesses that prove quality, then a first tool-using agent. Gate exam with recorded viva.

Recorded viva
Weeks 5 & 6
Multi-agent systems and autonomy

Router, worker and reviewer agents with handoffs and failure isolation. Closed-loop systems that detect, decide, act with human approval, and verify.

Closed-loop autonomy
Weeks 7 & 8
Red-team lab and capstone demo day

Students attack each other's agents, patch and prove the fix, then defend a real product before an industry panel with live failure injection.

Industry demo day
Always on

Beyond the build

We build founders, not just codebases

The program ships more than software. It ships the presence, the thinking and the profile that turn a student into someone who can start things.

01
Saturday masterclass

A live masterclass every Saturday, simulcast to campus, plus a guided lab block. The week's hardest idea, taught in the open.

02
Career and venture guidance

Where your build goes next: a job, a freelance client, or a company of your own. We map the path, not just the syllabus.

03
One-on-one coaching

Personal coaching on your build, your blockers and your goals. Not a forum thread, a person.

04
Logical thinking

Decomposition, dependency reasoning and problem framing. The thinking that separates a builder from a coder.

05
Entrepreneur speech and pitch

A 90-second "explain your build" ritual every week, building to a demo-day pitch you can give to any room.

06
LinkedIn boosting

Turn graded builds into a profile recruiters and investors actually stop on. Presence, not just a resume.

07
Published whitepaper

Contribute to a research whitepaper on what you built and broke. Your name on work, not just a certificate.

All of it, every cohort.

Bundled into the eight weeks, at no extra cost to your students.

Trust, engineered

No grade without proof

Every claim on a certificate is backed by an artifact anyone can open and run.

01
Auto-graded labs

Machine-graded against test suites. Identical standards at every campus, with no human bias.

02
Recorded assessments

Vivas, mock interviews and capstone defences are rubric-scored. Students keep their own footage.

03
Public portfolio

Four graded builds plus a capstone on each student's public GitHub. Recruiters can run the code.

04
Verifiable certificates

A unique ID and an online verification page carrying the capstone, with your logo beside ours.

The differentiator

An agent without guardrails is a breach with an API key.

Security is the spine, not a module. Students learn to break AI systems before they ship them, every fix mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications. It is the only program in the city that runs this week, and top performers carry a red-team assessed mark on their certificate.

Questions

The things campuses ask first

Who is the program for?+

Colleges and campuses that want their students building real AI products, not just sitting exams. We deliver an 8-week, evidence-graded program on your campus, and your students graduate as builders and entrepreneurs with a portfolio that speaks louder than a marksheet.

What does it cost students, and what is free?+

The opening Launchpad hours and the entrance assessment are free and open to every student, with no paywall. The program itself is delivered through your college partnership, and the working AI tools we build for your campus come at no cost every cycle. It always opens with a free 45-minute campus masterclass.

Why do you say entrepreneurs, not employees?+

Because a marksheet describes a candidate and a shipped product describes a builder. Students leave with deployed services, a public portfolio recruiters can run, and the pitch, presence and thinking to start something of their own.

What makes it security-first?+

An agent without guardrails is a breach with an API key. Every week carries an attack-surface segment, Week 7 is a full red-team lab where students break and defend real agents mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications, and top performers earn a Red-Team Assessed mark on their certificate.

How is student work graded?+

Machine-graded against test suites, so standards are identical at every campus with no human bias. Vivas, mock interviews and capstone defences are rubric-scored, and students keep their own footage. No skill and no tier is awarded without a stored, click-through proof artifact.

What is the time commitment?+

Roughly ten hours a week per student across eight weeks: weekday learning on our LMS with auto-graded labs and an AI tutor, plus a Saturday live masterclass and a guided lab block on campus. None of it uses your teaching time.

What is Founding Partner status?+

This is our first cycle and we say so plainly. The first five colleges get locked terms for three cycles, hosting rights for the inter-college AI hackathon, priority scheduling of the live masterclass hub, and their logo on every certificate verification page.
